Lactation Brownies
The Best Fudgey and Cakey brownie with Flax Seed Meal and Oats to encourage Milk Production for Lactating Mommas.
Equipment
- 9×9 Metal Pan
- Parchment Paper

Ingredients
- 10 tbsp Butter Melted
- ½ cup Granulated Sugar
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs Large
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ cup Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips Melted
- ¾ cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Brewers Yeast Powder
- ¼ cup 100% Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- ¼ cup Flaxseed Meal
- 1 cup Quick Oats
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line 9×9 Metal pan with Parchment Paper. (TIP: You can use non-stick cooking spray to help parchment paper stay in place.)
- Combine Melted Butter and Sugars in a mixing bowl, and whisk by hand until smooth. (20-30s)
- Whisk in Eggs and Vanilla Extract.
- Whisk in Melted Chocolate evenly and stop when it appears smooth in texture.
- Fold in Flour, Brewers Yeast, Cocoa Powder, Oats, Flaxseed Meal, and Salt using a rubber spatula until distributed evenly throughout. Fold in Walnuts evenly.
- Use rubber spatula to help pour and evenly smooth mixture into prepared pan.
- Place in Preheated oven, and Bake for 18 minutes.
- Let Cool Completely in Pan before cutting and removing.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Flaxseed Meal
- 5 tablespoons Water
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Brewers yeast powder
- 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Butter (1 Stick)
- ½ cup Granulated Sugar
- ½ cup Brown Sugar tightly packed
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1½ cup Rolled Oats (Quick Oats ok)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325° Fahrenheit. (163° celsius)
- Create Flax Eggs: Combine flaxseed meal and water. Mix. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl combine flour, brewers yeast, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate mixing bowl cream together butter, both sugars, flax eggs mixture, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually beat in flour mixture. Slowly fold in oats with a rubber spatula.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper, and drop by a rounded tablespoon for even cooking and size.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool, and enjoy as needed!

Easy Peanut Butter Lactation Cookies
Delicious nutty cookies that are flourless, eggless, and baked FAST in only 10 minutes!

- Medium Mixing Bowl
- Measuring Cups and Spoons
- Rubber Spatula
- A Fork
Ingredients
Flax Egg
- 1 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
- 2.5 tbsp Water
Cookie Dough
- 1 cup Peanut Butter smooth
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Brewers yeast
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¾ cup Old Fashioned Oats
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 325° Fahrenheit (163° Celsius).
- Create Flax Egg. Combine flaxseed meal and water. Mix, and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, both sugars, brewers yeast, vanilla, and flax egg. Combine thouroughly.
- Fold in Old Fashioned Oats.
- Drop evenly by rounded Tablespoon on to a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
- Using the back of a fork, press gently on each cookie to flatten and give them signature peanut butter cookie lines.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until you notice the edges getting slightly golden brown. Let cool completely, and enjoy! 🙂

LET COOKIES COOL COMPLETELY!
No flour leaves these cookies tender once done baking, so be careful when transferring to a cooling rack. One completely cooled these cookies will be perfectly stable, soft, and chewy. 🙂

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Lactation Cookie Triangles
Chocolate Chip cookie dough meets oats for buttery thick and chewy lactation triangles.
Ingredients
Flax Egg
- 2 tbsp Flaxessed Meal
- 5 tbsp Water
Cookie Dough
- 1 cup Butter unsalted
- ¾ cup Granulated Sugar
- ¾ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1½ cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 2 tbsp Brewers yeast
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1¾ cups Chocolate Chips semi-sweet preferrably Guittard
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350° faranheit.
- Butter/Grease a 9 x 13in. pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, using low speed, beat together the butter and both sugars until smooth
- Add half of the flax egg mixture, mix, add the remainder of the flax egg and vanilla, and mix.
- In a separate bowl combine all of dry ingredients: flour, oats, brewers yeast, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and 1½ cup of chocolate chips.
- Add the butter/sugar mixture and combine thouroughly.
- Spread and push cookie dough into prepared pan evenly. Top with remainder chocolate chips using however much you like!
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
- Cut into large squares, then cut those squares in half from corner to corner to get the beautiful triangle shap, and ENJOY!
